We have lenders. If you have questions about your building site, give us a call, and we’ll take a look. We offer hands-on construction workshops for buyers who wish to construct their own homes. We also work with builders who will construct your log home for you.
Kiln-Dried Logs.
Kiln drying is a complex science. After the logs in each charge average a moisture content of 19% or less, they are ready for milling to the final log profile.
More than 10,000 pounds of water are removed from the typical home, significantly reducing the weight of the logs. Properly dried logs provide higher insulation values, which reduces your energy costs and increases the comfort of your home. Graded and Certified Logs ensure each log meets the Building System Council’s standards for grading. We offer Total Package Flexibility with three solid log packages -- add all three to create our "No Shop" package. Insulated log walls are also available.
