Keystone nestled in the pinions at the end of a cul-de-sac on 2.4 acres.

We have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with an unfinished walk out basement, plus an open loft with a wonderful view of Mt. Sopris and the valley below.

Our house has two decks, one off the master bedroom, and a large one off the front of the house. Our house also has a covered porch at the main entrance and a two-car attached garage. We completed building our house in November of 2006 and have loved every minute living there since.

Upcoming open houses

The open houses take place at our Glenwood Springs Model on the dates listed from 1pm to 5pm. Please feel free to stop by and take a look around the house, view many of the different styles available, and ask questions.

Log Home Construction Seminars

These seminars take place at our Glenwood Springs Model and will provide a ton of great information that you will need during the log home process, from selecting a home site and a builder, down to Move-in Day details. The seminars start at 1pm and last approximately 3 to 3-1/2 hours.
